What you share
The callback form asks for your name, business, industry and phone number. It is not connected yet and does not submit an enquiry. On WhatsApp, we receive your number, profile information visible to us, messages and any files you choose to send.
Please do not send patient records, information about children, passwords or other sensitive records through an initial enquiry.
Why we need it
We use enquiry details to respond, understand your business and arrange the audit you request. Before collecting further information, we must explain the purpose and lawful basis. Optional marketing requires a separate choice.
How long it stays
No form enquiries are stored by this build. For WhatsApp enquiries, a fixed retention period has not yet been approved. The launch review must set that period, the review dates and the deletion process. Data must not be kept longer than its purpose requires, unless a lawful reason requires retention. Engagement records need a separate agreed schedule.
Access and service providers
Enquiry access should be limited to people handling your request. WhatsApp has its own privacy terms. Before launch, Flowxa must confirm its service providers, storage locations and safeguards for any transfer outside Kenya.
Your rights and deletion requests
You can ask about use of your data, request access, object to processing, and ask for correction or deletion where applicable. Send “Privacy request” to our WhatsApp number, with enough detail to identify your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Send a privacy request on WhatsApp. If information must be retained for a lawful reason, the response should explain why.
Cookies and website records
This build includes no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts. Hosting logs and their retention must be confirmed when a hosting service is configured.
